I will like to outsource this to a competent media expert design, I want to develop an Internet radio where users can listen to music 24/7 round the clock, currently the Internet radio will not run live programs, because i am still trying to setup a studio.
I want to be able to upload my audio file for a day , and it streams Real time to listener on next day, for example, i will upload tomorrows program via a file upload page, and by tomorrow listeners should be able to listen to recorded programs that has been uploaded Real Time, every listener must hear same thing like its a Live Program.
I will provide design in HTML/CSS, i just need a good programmer that can give me what i want...
