Purpose
Review items by city and or radius from all USA zip codes ( think CL type postings with social community and profiles)
How
Posters must either register as account holder with valid email and captcha. Once account is opened user can post / review items captcha to confirm all posts.
Reviews
User can review products and services including upload of 8 photographs. User can not remove review without admin approval.
Look / design
Very clean modern web 2.0 look, very light page loads.
Technology
Dedicated hosted server i.e.rackspace or other host
LAMP / Opensource CMS( Joomla ? ) / Automation and integration with paypal, twitter filter by city / keyword, facebook, myspace and other social media.
Advertising
Self service advertising administration to post listings for products and services, https and paypal credit card processing.
Administration
Admins must be able to block delete users, add users, send mass mail to user base, block delete postings, promote postings, move / change content, administer advertising, post reviews. Must be able to set banned / prohibited words in titles and reviews. i.e. foul language etc will be rejected upon attempts to publish ad. From web admin interface.
Other Items
Be willing to sign NDA, and submit code for code review by 3rd party. Further detail will be provided upon NDA / Non Compete.
