the project is website (CMS) that highlights the "Best of the West Indies" and is seen as a Social Networking Community. Some of the functionaloty I would am looking for is listed below:
Highlevel:
1) Integrated Forum
2) Video Sharing and uploading
3) Photo Sharing and uploading
4) RSS Reader
5) Event Calander
6) Advertising capability
More specifically:
I would like a home page, with links to country specific pages. Other links will be to: a photo gallery, video gallery, a Forum, etc. (More Detail below)
- video gallery - videos in small size that pop up to larger size, with ability of viewers to post a comment (like You Tube)
- photo gallery - same as video gallery
- music gallery - ability to link to songs available on the web (example -- imeem) link to other sites and have those sites pop up,
- RSS feeds on each country page to pull news in from around the west indies
- amazonplatform for advertising on borders of site
- Country pages should be easily replicable (wil be adding other countries later)
- Would like the visitors to have the ability to submit comments, and (upload) photos and videos
