Shoutem is one step ahead of Twitter.
I need a really simple clone of Shoutem.com, which allows you to create your own microblogging networks for any users on same site. The address is: http://www.shoutem.com

the most important part of it it needs to be able to use through mobile internet, i mean by micro blogging.
This must be built from scratch, meaning you cannot use any open source or 3rd party apps.
Also, I will not pay until I satisfied, only because last time I did a project, I got ripped off.
