I want to have a website dealing with downloading movies; dealing with payments; forums for each movie.
I am already set on using PostgreSQL oas the database of choice.
What development platform shall I chose? As for today I am thinking of Drupal, PHP, and SpringSource.
If you have a better idea or if you believe one of the above options is the best please let me know. I'll pay the best answers, up to 3.
Basically what I need from you is a clear explanation why your proposed platform would be better for my website.
