I'm looking for a software developer who can create a software program that allows people to upload a picture or scanned image, and takes just the outlines of the image, and creates a stamp image. Just the outlines of the picture. The idea is for a site where people can upload their own pictures and images, and instantly turn them into a custom stamp. So the software will need to be able to recreate the picture, and take the major outlines, lines of the image and display them, and maybe have options, to connect lines, of the image is missing areas, or image editing options after wards, and resizing options
