I am looking for someone to design, program, and develop a website for me.
I want the site to enable users to both buy and sell documents
I want to aggregate RSS feeds
Users will be able to search through the files available for sale and rss feeds through the same window
sellers will accrue balances and withdraw as they please via paypal and credit card
i need to integrate a credit card authorization process
buyers will purchase via paypal and credit card
they will add files to cart, and pay at checkout
sellers will have multiple options for their files, including:
document security
document protection
document expiration
pricing
