This is a mainly a design project (graphics, html, css, javascript).
It also requires some php knowledge and interface tweaking at template level.
A custom new template is required for a pay per view video chat script.

Requirements: A new template with improved usability and look.
Deliverables: New templates ready to deploy with full source code (i.e. photoshop psd). This can include some new icons.
