We currently have a site based in HTML and would like to convert this into a Joomla template (just the template and not the articles or functionality etc)
We would prefer a Joomla expert with good feedback
Site details will be given on request but it is a basic html site with buttons on the left side, logo top left corner, article information on the main page.
