The web site that needs the work is at http://www.pocketcharities.org
I would like the web site to do the following:
1. offer web site visitor an automated way to submit a proposal for a charitable cause following a wizard-like template (template outline to already defined).
2. All data supplied on the template must be data based and be able to be queried.
3. Server must automatically send email confirmation to submitter and advisory alerts to organization advisory board (again via email)
4. Provide a paypal/credit card payment/receipt mechanism -data based
5. CSS must be improved as menu is clumsy
Prefer open source code base - site on Linux (I think)
