We need the full package (Design, Programming, Database development and Testing) and want to clone the following sites (1. one frontpage then registration and 2. one frontpage with registration in it) with a own design but the same funciotnality (front- and backend) without content. We can not say you how the backend is because they are not our sites but it is very simple: 1. www.kochrezepte-server.com or http://www.gedichte-server.com/ or http://www.my-downloads.de/ AND 2. http://www.99downloads.de or http://www.my-downloads.de/3/?p=12&i=3 We want to use a free CMS which we can use in german language, which is easy to use and which enable us to clone this site with complete functionality for a new project again and again with a other design, sub-sites (with scripts, feeds or links to ther websites) and text but the same functionality (registration, member-area, database management, email with pdf-bill-document and more see the sites) without programm-skills. The data can write in one database which should be easy to manage without programm-skills. Maybe we integrate this product www.orgamax.de or maybe you can suggest a other programm to manage it. The e-mails to user have to manage from the admin when and how often we send a e-mail manuel or automaticaly (for billing in pdf-document and more see the sites). The registrations have to have XMLHttpRequest and could be the same at all sites (same functionality). The sites have to be SEO. We want to use in the future excellent design-temaplates (maybe you know a good site with a big range for free templates, as example www.templatemonster.com) that we can change the design and can create a new project easily without programm-skills.
