Alright, Magento is a great open source ecommerce software but there one page checkout system is still to complicated for me. Especially because I am only selling one product.
What I need is for the customer to be able to pay for the product on the product page. So there would be no need for the customer to go through the checkout process. I have an extension right now that you can modify that uses a 3rd party gateway (the user leaves the site) and after they pay a username and password is generated for them. I will be using CDGcommerce Quantum Gateway so I will be able to process credit cards right on my site.
So the user view the product and can pay for it right there on that page.
