I need four table based shipping options setup on a Magento Commerce shop (latest version).
- method one for USA
- method two for USA
- method three for Canada
- method four for International
The customer should be able to choose their method and then the cart will calculate based on table rates similar to:
0.00 to 10.00 = 3.00 shipping
10.01 to 25.00 = 5.00 shipping
Etc.
