I need magento Checkout converted and add some fields to make it look like i wanted.
I will provide a demo of the site, how it should look.

I need the Checkout Design/Layout/Functions/AJAX(ALL)
Should look and Function 100% the Same.
-2 I will also Need the TABs on TOP, where it shows the products on your cart, and you could add quantaty using the [ + ]

The Site is NEW, so you dont need information about the site, use the Latest version of Magento, with the Default theme.
(Remember the Checkout Design, required to be like the Demo, including the colors and images, everything.)
PROJECT SHOULD BE FINISH IN 5DAYS, INCLUDING THE WEEKEND.
SHOULD PROVIDE GOOD PROGRESS WITHIN 2DAYS.
