I work in a cardiology office. We are in need of someone to create a simple way to enter procedural information into templated "forms". Essentially we have text-templates of procedure reports that require manually entering numbers and certain text-words. If this could be automated so that we simply entered the "numbers" or "words" or data into a MS Access database, and this automatically went into a pre-set templated form in MS Word - we would simply print the form after entering data into MS Access tables.
If confusing, please ask questions. See attached file. All the BLANKS in the form would need to be categories in MS Access we enter information into.
