A downloadable and/or online mail merge certificate over print project.
The certificates are pre printed but need 6 lines of information on them.
Software creates a mail merge file to archive and prints the mail merges with one click.
Data Entry
Set up data for all certificates in the file
Club Name:
Date:
1st Instructors/ Examiners Name:
2nd Instructors/ Examiners Name: (Optional
Martial Arts Style or System Name
This sets up a template to over print the pre printed certificate.
Option to change font and size, potentially view certificate by overlaying a PNG copy of pre printed certificate.
Then when this is done just put in student names and their new grade/belt colour.
At the end the certificates can print the certificates for all the students with their new grade and store the file under Grading Clubname with Date.
The file needs to be compatable with common formats from importing into Acces and MySQL.
