Overview: I would assume some of you already have database script in place where you could just tweak a bit then fill our need. We are capturing names and they in turn can refer someone else using a phone number as member number. This site is only temporary then the names we have captured will later be entered into the main site when it completes so consider this contingency. (The main site is being done with L.A.M.P.). Please do not bid unless you can fill this requirement to 100% capability. I do not know, but I assume this job is some PHP or mySQL thing. We will provide text for each page of the process but need the ability to change text. I am sure this is something that can be accomplished in one day but give me details in your bid. Please setup the number without dashes or dots, as country codes differ but it should have ability to use any phone number from any country 4. After they submit; it advances to the next screen where they review their information for accuracy 5. After they submit it directs them to check their email to complete registration and notify them that if they do not receive email to check accuracy or junk folder and its setup 6. They check their email and click a link to complete registration, but it also directs them to copy and paste should the link fail. Step 2: By clicking the link provided in email they are directed to a page where they can complete registration and enter payment information. We need ability to change the amount because it will be free in the beginning but on a particular date we will set it up to accept $25 payment for accounting. (To the winning bidder we will provide PR campaign for further understanding). We also need you to setup a payment system for this but we will not use P-Pal. I do have a Liberty Reserve account we can setup and use and I would prefer that if you have the know how to do this. Specify that you can do this please. We need ability to correct database through some admin panel or remove an abusive member. We also need the ability to delete one altogether. IMPORTANT 1: We need ability to email the entire list with updates and announcements at anytime. This can be text or a page that would have a bit of html (I guess). I get such emails all the time and it might have a header or logo. This process needs to be easy and simple for us. We just enter the text and wham, it's out. IMPORTANT 2: We need the ability to see the dates of subscribing from each member and know the total count by these fields: Date, Country, Referrer (for example: John Smith referred 4 people) and we will need the total dollar amount that has been collected to date. There is one other thing that would be a high consideration in accepting you as bidder and that is if you could create it to generate a member number instead of using phone number as temporary member number. This would be much better and I would bonus pay you for that. It would be sequential and could start at 100100. I am also hoping you have contents for privacy policy and possibly any legal disclaimers that can be reconfigured to our need. Thank you
