I need something to automatically create a .torrent file for new completed folders on an ftp server with files tarnsferred via fxp running Glftpd atm but can be changed if necessary to another ftpd, It needs to verify that the transfer is complete and make said .torrent file for the new complete folder. preferably need this in perl/python as using debian lenny/squeeze linux distros
