Looking for a solr genius. We have a solr search implemented on a Ruby on Rails site. It's working, but it needs someone who can tweak and optimize the solr XML and config files to get it working superbly, i.e... (Budget: $250-750, Jobs: Ruby/Ruby on Rails)
