I have a very customized script that was written in PHP / Ajax of a business directory kind of like the yellow pages but much more features.

I need to setup the following features in the admin area:
1. Need to have the site name setup and controlled in admin to control on front end of site.
2. Need to have adsense code setup in one area of admin to control on front end of site.
3. Right now I have the info setup for United States cities and states but I need to add international settings like customizing the titles in admin from city/state to whatever admin wants and takes affect on front end of site.
4. Make zip code an option field that can be turned off.
5. Need to add the function to easily edit pages on the site like terms, privacy policy, text info on main page (like news section), contact us, etc.
6. Add banner possibilities for home page to be turned on or off.
