I want almost the same functions as the site below,

Its a soccer site, there is few things that I already have such as FAN-TV and webshop so they are not in need.
You are free to use other plattforms such as Jaws-project etc if you wish.
The design will be redesigned into something much easier.
I want the site to be W3C in all different browsers and it will have one more language to choose.
