Someone Hacked Our Site  E-mail

Recently, our site just got hacked, hackers put a line of script/code into all of our index.php/index.html pages and some other php pages. I need some experts to find out where he's coming in from, clean my site and secure it. I don't want this to happen again I really need your help FAST, please. Thanks
