As you can see in the title the job is for programming a Php/MySql Wap Chat for mobiles
map of the work features:
Inbox messages
Groups
Chat Rooms
User Profiles, with photo album
Chat News page
Buddy List
Searching
Blocked list
Advertising page
Pm over chat
with language variables, and a web admin control
and we need to secure the script so it can't open with any Wap emulator
