We bought a hotel booking system which works with perl modules. We need to customize it, the main customizations are:
1. Perform searches with different filters
2. New fields to display in different parts of the booking process, suppliers area, customers area and so on (both text and math operations).
3. Widgets (webservices connecting to external databases) for hotel ratings and opinions, affiliates system and rewards program.
