I am looking for a top-notch designer/programmer who can deliver on time to design/develop a featured pack membership directory website with admin controlling all features. Members should have a complete control that includes the method of creating profile, edit/change profile, etc, receive an email to publish/change/delete and post ads. Admin should have total control and management of the website. PMB me for more detail.
