Transfer Basecamp To Backpack

Hi, I have an basecamp account (http://basecamphq.com/) and want to transfer everything to my backpack account (http://www.backpackit.com/upgrade). I want someone to help me do that finding an automatic program for that, writing the program or doing that by himself. If you bid you should know how to work with this two project tools.
