Hi,
I need a video screencast with voice for present a power point slide which I will be use for website landing page to sell a products.
Below is an example for the sample project

The slide is about 40 pages and lenght of the video is about 20 min, you can go more or less depand on the presentation.
Voice need to be nice and clear, men or women is fine.
