I have programmed a website (www.SMS-Weather.com) that will have to ability to send weather updates to any cell phone via SMS. The website is functionally ready to go; I just need a graphic style for the site.
I would like a very specific look for this site. My desire is to have the design mirror www.Skype.com very closely. I want a vector look with the bright blue and pink colors. The background should remain white with large blocks of color and reversed white vectors throughout the site.
I have included some stock vector weather shapes that could be used in conjunction with text to form a logo for this site as well. If you wish to take a shot as designing the logo, I may be willing to pay extra, but if not, I will do that after the site is designed.
My requirements are for two PSD documents to be designed. I want a home page layout and an inside page layout. The home screen should be very closely mirrored from Skype.com and the inside should look similar. The inside page should have the ability to grow tall as content is added to the page.
I am looking for a very professional, modern look for this site. If you cannot deliver something that you would expect to see online, don't bother putting in your bid.
