Develop two forms within an existing website using Wordpress/PHP:
Form 1
• Data entry of a number of text fields (preferably using the CformsII plugin)
• Button to upload a photo and allow cropping using java script/applet, which will be provided
• A Preview button, which sends the data/photo via a web service. Receive back and display an image (which is sent in MIME format)
• If User confirms OK, advance to Form 2
Form 2
• Data entry of shipping address and email address.
• “Pay” button: Send a pre-set total payment value to the payment processor, using html code which you will be provided
• If payment is accepted, display an acknowledgement and send the data/photo via a web service.
• Generate an automated email confirmation which is mailed to client with cc to admin
• After completion, return user to the home page
