I am looking for a website template with an alterable structure and cms. The site will be construction oriented, the design style needs to be clean & unfussy without tacky images. Not too much going on, short & simple. I quite like this without the flash usg(dot)com and the white shouldn't drift off screen. The design must be easily altered, additions, links, colours, modules, site shape etc Also easy to add or remove text/articles, google ads, without affecting the structure. Basic links at present will be: main page/index free metric calcs (linked to an index & then 10-20 pages for me to add content) subscribed metric calcs (linked to an index & then 10-20 pages for me to add content) subscribed mobile calcs(linked to an index & then 10-20 pages for me to add content) feedback form subscribe or unsubscribe for either the subscribed metric or mobile content login & logout for the subscribed metric or mobile pages (both are to be subscribed seperately) This site provides a limited idea of the scope that I am looking to achieve ecalc(dot)com/calculator/scientific/ They will be online only, not downloadable. Basically php versions of calculators that I already have in php. This will be an ongoing project, please ask questions for clarification, I am also open to suggestions & comments. Payment will be for the delivery of the complete project together with all source files. All copyrights must remain with me or transfer to me on completion. You must also provide a word doc tutorial for the use & alteration of the site, as well as 'reasonable' technical assistance for myself to familiarise & iron out any issues (say 1 month from completion). I am not looking for anything particularly special, just good, honest, clean & professional work. Please provide examples of your previous work along with any bids and your timescale for completion (I am in no rush, getting it right is more important).
