Puppy Snaps is an online dog photography contest and photo archive. Contests run monthly and judges score images on a judging panel. A master admin will select the final images a 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 16 honorable mentions. Images are sorted chronologically or can be searched using a search tool.
I have very detailed site specs on a word document.

I could do the CSS, not capable of the php and mysql.
