Need the following built...this is a outline of what needs to be done. All details will be discussed with winning bidder
- Slick design, div tags preferred for content
- Member/Admin area for login, category creation, upload, comment, profile, etc. Email scripting for account creation.
- Video categories with previews of 5-10 per category. Ability to play (stream) video using open source flash player. Similar to PHPmotion. Ability to show video ranking and comments.
- Pictures, similar to videos. Need to load pictures instantaneously instead of refreshing the whole page.
- Paypal integration...users pay per uploaded video, picture, etc.
